For the 1st round of Champions League group stage, Valencia face Zenit at home. The Spanish return after a 2-year absence in the tournament. Valencia are a strong team and they play even better at "Mestalla", so Andre Villas-Boas' side will find it hard to win any points here. "The Bats" didn't enjoy the best of starts in La Liga so far, having just 1 win over Sporting (1-0) and 2 draws against Rayo and Deportivo, standing at the 7th place with 5 points. In Champions League play-offs they knocked out Monaco to make it to the groups, sending the French club to Europa League.

Cardiff v Hull (15 September 2015)

For the 7th round of English Championship, Cardiff hosts Hull City. Cardiff confidently defeated 2-0 Huddersfield at home, while Hull lost away to Brighton (1-0). Steve Bruce's team has 10 points and occupying the 6th place in the standings, while Cardiff with 12 points are sitting on the 2nd position just 4 points behind the Brighton who's leading the race. Cardiff alongside Brighton, Birmingham and Leeds are the only unbeaten teams in the Championship so far. They defeated Wolves, Nottingham and Huddersfield, and the other 3 games ended in a draw.

Man City v Juventus (15 September 2015)

For the first round of Champions League group stage, Manchester City hosts Juventus. Manuel Pellegrini's team is currently in excellent form. Not only didn't they lose any point in the first rounds of English Premier League, but they did't even concede a single goal. Manchester City are leading the league standings with a 4-point difference from Leicester (2nd). The "Citizens" signed quite a few strong players during the off-season such as Sterling, De Bruyne, Delph and Otamendi. Things are going well for them at the moment, but they're facing some injury problems. In the upcoming match against Juventus they'll miss Zabaleta, Clichy and Delph, while Aguero, Sterling, and Fernando Silva remain doubtful.

Wolfsburg v CSKA Moscow (15 September 2015)

CSKA Moscow had to put on an incredible fight to make it into the group stage of the Champions League. First, the "Army men" had to face Sparta. The 1st leg at home was a tie. In the 2nd leg they were down by 2-0, but somehow managed to pull off an impressive comeback and win the game (final score 2-3). In the playoffs they knocked out Sporting Lisbon. For the 1st round of the group stage they travel to Germany to play against Wolfsburg. In their latest league match, Leonid Slutsky's side conceded a draw versus Zenit despite leading 2-0. Wolfsburg shared points with Ingolstadt in a goalless draw for the latest Bundesliga round.

Krasnodar v Dynamo (13 September 2015)

For the 8th round of the Russian Premier League, Krasnodar hosts Dynamo Moscow. Last season, Dynamo has beaten Krasnodar away (0-2) and shared a point at home (1-1). Krasnodar this season are not scoring much, with the exception of UCL 1st playoff round against HJK (which they won by 5-1). Oleg Kononov's team has managed to score more than 1 goal just once so far in the league, on their surprising victory against Zenit away (0-2). After 7 rounds they've won 2 games, lost 2 more and tied 3 times; currently standing on the 8th place.

Inter v Milan (13 September 2015)

For the 4th round of the Italian Serie A, city rivals will clash with Inter being the typical host. Both teams have strengthened significantly during the summer transfer window and their fans have quite high expectations going into this season. Inter started the season with 3 deserved wins; 4-3 against Empoli at home, 1-0 over Atalanta also at home and 2-1 against Carpi away. It is noteworthy that 3 latest goals were scored by newcomer Stevan Jovetić. Milan started by winning Atalanta on the road (3-1), then losing to Fiorentina away by 2-0 (even though they played most of the game with 10 men) and finally winning over Empoli at home (2-1).

Roda v NEC (12 September 2015)

For the 5th round of the Dutch Eredivisie, Roda hosts NEC. Roda has made a confident start to the season. Darie Kalezicha's team is occupying the 4th place with 9 points and just 3 points from the 1st seed (Ajax). In the 1st round they defeated Heracles at home (3-1), then lost to Vitesse away (3-0), and won over De Graafschap at home and against AZ away with the same score 1-0. NEC Nijmegen are standing in the 9th place having won 2 games out of 4. They've beaten Excelsior and Willem II with the same score 1-0 for the 1st and 4th round. In the 2nd and 3rd rounds, Ernest Faber's side lost to Heracles away and to Ajax at home. Roda is looking in better shape and they're playing at home.

Eintracht v Köln (12 September 2015)

For the 4th round of the German Bundesliga, Eintracht Frankfurt will take on 1. FC Köln at home. Eintracht are currently lying in the 9th place, while Cologne are standing in the 4th spot with 3 more points. Eintracht Frankfurt lost to Wolfsburg (2-1) away, then shared the points with Augsburg (1-1), and defeated Stuttgart away with the emphatic 4-1. The attacking line of Eintracht is represented by Castaignos and Seferovic who are playing quite well this season. In this match Eintracht will miss Chandler, Anderson and Kittel. Alexander Meier was their best striker last season and he'll certainly strengthen their offense further.
