Everytime i try to upgrade to premium i type in my full name then click okay but nothing happens and it just takes me back to the home screen. I have also tried to click on report a problem and contact us but once again it just goes straight back to the home screen. Any idea of why? I am running the app as the administrator and on operating system windows 10. Thanks.

Please download build 1246 version we've just released and let me know whether it works now.

Im having the same issue with trying to go to premium. Am using the latest download on Windows 10.
